Excellent Quality Control

ONO Team cherishes every customer. Before each watch is shipped, it undergoes strict quality inspections and the inspection process is recorded in detail.

1. Inspect Basic Attributes

When we receive watches from the factory, we will check the watch case, crystal, dial, stra, beze, clasp.

2. Check Movement

Test watch movement by using Swiss standard timegrapher, make sure the daily error is within + 10 seconds. Amplitude within scope of 220-320, beat error: 0-0.5ms.

3. Test Watch Function

Time setting, date/month setting, chrono function checking, button/crown checking etc. Make sure all functions are well.

4. Examine Watch Specs

Check watch weight and size. Ensure that the weight error of the watch is + 5g, and the errors of its diameter and thickness are within + 3mm.

Notice: As long as it fails to pass any of the above processes or has flaws, it will be returned to the factory and we will reorder the watches.

5. The Final Touch

Send QC photos with timegrapher videos and watch function testing videos to customers.

6. Done and Ship It Out

Ship watches parcels!!!
